INGREDIENTS FOR 5 PEOPLE:
(2 mini tartlets per person) 1 ripe avocado100 g smoked salmon(2 mini tartlets per person) Soy sauceThe juice of half a lemonSalt Extra virgin olive oil10 Mini tartlets (puff pastry or shortcrust pastry) 2 scoops of Matcha Latte Melon Cucumber 5 Cherry tomatoesHOW TO MAKE SALMON AND AVOCADO TARTAR:
Add to a bowl the avocado along with a pinch of salt, a drizzle of oil and a teaspoon of soy sauce. Mash well with a fork to mix the ingredients together.
On the other hand, cut the salmon into small pieces and put it in another bowl. Add the lemon juice and the two measures of Matcha. Stir well. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place each of the halves in the base of the tartlets. Fill the tartlet with the avocado mixture and put a few pieces of salmon on top. And that's it!
