Jam ingredients:
• 500 gr. sugar
• 250 ml. water
• 5 spoonfuls of peeled and grated ginger
• 3 spoonfuls of Matcha Latte Xmas
• 2 teaspoonfuls of apple pectin
• 1 Lemon
How to make ginger and match jam?
1. Peel the lemon, remove the seeds and the white membrane, as well as all the white part from its skin.
2. Cut the lemon in a regular way and mix it with the sugar, the ginger, the lemon’s peel and the green tea.
3. Let it settle for two hours, add water and let it settle again for another half an hour.
4. Putt he mixture to cooking. Before the first boil add the pectin mixed with sugar and stir..
5. Boil over a high heat for ten minutes, cook on medium heat for ten minutes more.
6. Keep in sterilised jars in the fridge. Ready!
