The packaging was so poor my tea mug that I had ordered arrive completely shattered

Muy bueno - Recomiendo revisar embalaje

Lo he comprado como regalo...acabados increíbles, calidad muy y muy buena.

Como sugerencia: la caja viene muy bien protegida, de golpes, pero en el interior de la caja la sujeción no es muy buena y las piezas venían sueltas, el riesgo de romperse al golpearse entre ellas es muy alto. Por suerte no ha sido el caso...pero aconsejo mejorar los soportes
