Me gusta mucho el té negro Royal British Blend. Lo tomo a primera hora de la mañana, sin ningún tipo de edulcorante y sin añadir nada (leche, soja, etc.). Me gusta su punto de astringencia y su punto de sabor amargo. Eso es lo que busco en el té. La cantidad de teína es la adecuada para mi gusto. Lo voy alternando día a día con el té negro Irish Blend y el té negro Strong English Breakfast. Los tres son parecidos pero cada uno tiene sus matices. Por tanto, cada semana tomo cada uno de esos tres tés dos o tres veces. Si tomo el mismo todos los días, mi paladar se acostumbra y dejo de apreciar debidamente esos matices que me resultan tan interesantes. He probado otros tés negros --incluso alguno premium-- y tés de otros tipos (verde, rojo, azul, blanco) pero, definitivamente, me quedo con los tés negros Royal British Blend, Irish Blend y Strong English Breakfast.

How is it prepared?

Add 2 grams per 200 ml of water at 95ºC. Infuse for 4 minutes and let each leaf release its authentic flavor, aroma and properties, achieving an intense and perfectly balanced cup.
