Chestnut bee pollen

100% pollen collected and agglomerated by bees in Asturias, Spain during spring and summer specifically in chestnut forests of the southwestern valleys of Asturias: Allande, Tineo, Cangas del Narcea, and Ibias. Its grains of different colors correspond to the different types of plants from which the bees collect the pollen. Its floral aroma and sweet taste with bitter and earthy notes make it the perfect complement to add to tea, infusions, or as an ingredient in the preparation of dishes.
