Matcha Panettone

From Tea Shop, in collaboration with Vallflorida Xocolaters, a company founded in 1983 and awarded the Best Chocolate and Fruit Panettone in 2023, we present an exquisite Italian Panettone with our Organic Matcha Tea. This flavor fusion is perfect for those who love the unique taste of Matcha Tea.The process of making Panettone involves refreshing the sourdough daily to keep it alive and active; a portion of this sourdough is used to make the panettone. The dough is kneaded and then left to rest, allowing it to develop its structure and flavor. A second kneading is performed, incorporating matcha tea and diced white chocolate. The dough is left to rest again, allowing it to ferment and acquire the proper texture. Finally, the panettone is baked and left to cool by hanging it upside down, which ensures it retains its shape and fluffiness.
