This manual explores the knowledge a person must have to start their journey in the world of tea. Victoria Bisogno is an engineer from the University of Buenos Aires. Founder of the Tea Club, she is dedicated to the dissemination of tea culture through this organization which she chairs. The tea sommelier is an expert in tea, highly trained in its culture, service, tasting and pairing.
