Lassi ingredients:
1 yogurt 50 ml milk 1 stainless steel measure of HAPPY PUMPKIN 1 measure of Honey Chai ½ teaspoon cardamom powder ½ teaspoon of nutmeg almond kernels
Making a Lassi:
· 1?? Prepare a HAPPY PUMPKIN concentrate in 50 ml of milk at 95ºC for 10 minutes. · 2?? Add the Chai Honey to the infusion and stir until it is well dissolved. · 3?? In the blender, pour the yogurt, the happy pumpkin infused in the milk, the teaspoon of cardamom, the nutmeg and beat until you get the desired texture. · 4?? Once we have the drink in a glass, add the almond grain topping and enjoy it warm. It has never been so easy to prepare a delicious Lassi at home! What do you think?
