The use of aromatic and medicinal plants is part of popular culture and they have always been with us both to treat minor ailments and to make our meals more digestive and enriching.

- Hot: Infuse 2g (1 measure) at 95º for 5-10 minutes (depending on the type)

To prepare your herbal tea in a teapot: 1 measure (2g) per 200 ml and add 1 extra measure. Ready!

- At room temperature: let the herbal tea cool down or mix it with water at room temperature.

- Iced: making a concentrated preparation using hot water before adding lots of ice at the end.

You can enjoy your herbal tea in a variety of different ways:

-On its own..
