Plum Cake


Ingredients Plum Cake:

4 eggs

4 g Fruit Explosion

40 ml water

150 g flour

150 g sugar

150 g butter

2 tablespoons seedless sultanas

16g (1 sachet) baking powder

Preparation of Plum Cake:

Follow these simple steps to enjoy your Plum Cake:

Prepare the infusion of 4g Fruit Explosion in 40ml of water at 95ºC for 10 min. After this time let it cool down without removing the fruits in the water.

Preheat the oven to 180ºC

Add the sultanas to the water infused with the Fruit Explosion to hydrate everything.

In a bowl, beat the butter and sugar with a whisk until light and fluffy.

Add the eggs one at a time to the mixture and beat until well combined.

Combine the flour and baking powder and mix in, sifting to avoid lumps.

Add the liquid with the sultanas and the fruit (leftover) from the infusion. Lightly beat again.

Grease a cake tin and pour the batter into it.

Bake for 40 minutes.
