In every home or establishment in oriental countries, offering a tea to the guests is the highest sign of courtesy. Preparation is a whole ritual: tea is infused and is served in small bowls,filled half-way because, according to the oriental tradition, the rest of the bowl is fileld with love and friendship. The bowls are passed one by one to the participants and they are invited to experience the aroma of tea, and after that drink it slowly.Before its first use, wash with hot water. Do not put the kettle in direct contact with fire. Wash the kettle only with water and never use detergents. Dry the kettle after use. It resists a maximum of 100ºC.
