The Tea Shop Staff Caring Attitude Project arises from our commitment to People, a project that aims at maintaining among the company personnel a healthy balance between rewarding work and personal life dedicated to our families, friends, hobbies and sports activities.
Each of us has different needs and we know that, to address these in the best possible way, a fluid form of communication and an open door policy, both physically and digitally, are essential.
Our continuous training program starts from day one with the 'Welcome pack', an onboarding process which aims to integrate new employees in a pleasant way, giving them confidence to empower themselves in their new tasks.
With our ‘Customer experience’ program, we encourage the head office staff to spend a few hours working with our store teams on a regular basis, sharing their knowledge and relating it to their day-to-day work, as well as creating bonds of mutual understanding.
Our staff receive a weekly internal newsletter, 'Te cuidamos' (We take care of you) including topics of interest about products, equipment and brand information, as well as news and tips to keep a healthy body and mind.
In addition, we periodically carry out Work Environment Surveys that help us assess different aspects of work, and enable us to implement and carry out different actions.
