The flavors of Chai

Chai is a drink that was born in India, the cradle of Ayurveda, an ancient holistic science also known as the science of life ("Ayur" means life and "veda" means knowledge). This science was formally recognized by the World Health Organization as a traditional medical system. It is a system that integrates body, mind and spirit and is effective in preventing and curing diseases, preserving health and promoting longevity. There are many reasons to drink Chai!

-The astringent taste stops some excessive discharges (such as excessive sweating or diarrhea) and promotes healing of the skin and mucous membranes.

The right combination of these 6 flavors provides us with a natural balance that is beneficial to our physical and spiritual well-being. Thus, Chai is the perfect combination of all these flavors and brings together multiple beneficial properties for our health thanks to Ayurvedic spices: black pepper purifies the blood, green cardamom helps digestion and combats bad breath, cloves are good for the nervous system, cinnamon for the bones, and ginger root is a powerful activator of the immune system against colds and inflammation, as well as facilitating digestion.
