Pear Mug Cake: made in the microwave

Mug Cake Ingredients:
½ a peeled and cored pear
200ml of Green Tea Yoga Tea Concentrate
30g of butter
1 egg
2 tablespoons of Tea Shop Agave Syrup
1 tablespoon of cream
6 tablespoons of flour (wheat, oatmeal etc...)
½ teaspoon of baking powder
Optional: chocolate chips
How do you make a Pear Mug Cake? It’s super quick and easy!
Infuse the Yoga Tea Green Tea at 75º for 2 minutes.
Cook the pear in the microwave with the tea concentrate 1mn10 +/- and drain.
Melt the butter in a bowl for 20 seconds.
In a mug, add the egg, sugar, cream, flour, baking powder, agave syrup and melted butter one after another and whisk.
Dip the ½ pear in this mixture ,add chocolate chips on top and place in the microwave for 1 min. Check that it is done by inserting a toothpick and if it comes out clean it is ready.
