Gelatin desserts are quick, healthy, and exist in a wide variety of flavours. Sweet, citrus-flavoured, fruity, tangy … there are as many flavours as there are cravings!
Gelatin, both in the form of powder and sheets, is a natural product made up of 85-90% pure protein of animal origin, the rest being mineral salts and water.
It is free of fat, carbohydrates and cholesterol, and lends itself to a multitude of sweet and savoury recipes.
Today we would like to share one of our favourite jelly recipes, which we make with our SensualTea Sweet Green Tea, the Passion Tea!
This sweet, floral and fruity blend - an idyllic combination of green tea with passion fruit, mango and ginseng, a root with energizing and aphrodisiac properties - turns our jelly dessert into a perfect treat to share with your partner!
