How to prepare an infusion:
To prepare with ice: add 1 more measure of infusion and add ice.
Prepare infused ice-pops, healthy and delicious!:
Ingredients:
500 ml water
8g (4 measures) of infusion (try it with Fruit Explosion )
Preparation:
Infuses Fruit Explosion in water at 95ºC for 10 min.
Add the sugar (lemon sugar) while it infuses so that it dissolves better.
Place the result (including the fruit) in different ice cream molds and freeze it.
Would you like a SangriaTea ice-pops with gummy bears?
Infuse 2-3 gr of SangriaTea for 8-10 minutes in 95º water and allow to cool.
Pour gummy bears into a mold.
Add in the same mold 1 teaspoon of agave syrup to sweeten.
Pour the infused tea into the mold and freeze.
Chocolate infusion for those with a sweet tooth! :
Ingredients:
200 ml of water
3 gr. sweet infusion to choose
Milk (super rich with vegetable milk)
Chocolate syrup
Whipped cream
Brownie pieces
Preparation:
Put your sweet infusion in 200ml of mineral water at 95ºC. Filter it after 3 minutes.
Remove the filter and add the milk. In a separate glass glass, put chocolate syrup and add your infusion with milk.
Finally, garnish with a little whipped cream on top of the infusion and the final touch: add a few pieces of brownie and voila!
Macedonia with super refreshing infusion!:
Ingredients (4 people):
200 ml of water
4 gr. of Goji Secrets or Fruit Cocktail
Fresh fruit cut to taste: apple, kiwi, strawberries, banana...Preparation:
Infuse Goji Secrets or Fruit Cocktail in 200ml of mineral water at 95ºC. Filter after 10 minutes.
Place the washed and cut fruit in a large bowl.
Pour the cooled infusion over the fruit salad, sweeten to taste and let it cool in the refrigerator for at least two hours. And that's it!
Smoothie: explosion of flavor and vitamins!
Ingredients:
4 g (2 measures) infusion (with Fruit Explosion is delicious)
200 ml of water
1 large ice
50 g strawberry
50 g pineapple
50 g kiwi
50 papaya & nbsp;
Optional: 1 teaspoon of organic raw agave syrup
Preparation:
Infuse 200ml of water at 95º with 4g of Fruit Explosion for 10 minutes (without using a filter). Chill the drink with the ice.
Put the ingredients (including the infused fruits of Fruit Explosion) in a blender and beat.
