Fruit Explosion Ice Popsicles: explosion of fruit and nutrients

INGREDIENTS:
8g (4 measures) of Fruit Explosion Herbal Tea
500ml water
Optional: sweeten to taste with Lemon Sugar
PREPARATION:
Infuse Fruit Explosion in water at 95ºC for 10 minutes.
Add the sugar or sweetener while it is infusing, so that it dissolves better.
Place the product (including the fruit) in different ice cream moulds. Freeze it.
In a few hours you will have a healthy and tasty ice popsicle for the whole family (no theanine).
TIP: for a crunchier and more nutritious option, infuse without a filter and freeze the product with the post-hydrated infused fruit.
