Ging Roses
Ingredients:
3 measures (6g) of Buttons of Rosa
9 measures (18g) of GingTea
1,5L of mineral water
20g of sugar
Preparation:
Infusionar The Buttons of Rosa in 0,2L of water during 6 minutes and filter. Infusionar Also the GingTea with the sugar in 0,3L of water during 2 minutes and filter. Mix the two infusions in a jug and add the rest of the very cold water (the remaining water can substitute by ice to achieve a cooled faster). Add the Buttons of Rosa to the jug to decorate.

This infusion combines perfectly with Gin, to prepare a deliciousGingRoses Tonic. It adds to your ginebra favourite 3 cubitos of poised ice with the infusion. When preparing the ice, adds a button of Rosa in his interior for an even more spectacular effect.
