To guarantee the perfect aroma of orange of this cocktail, use our infusion“Rooibos Orange Kalahari”. We animate you to enjoy it during the season fallera .
Ingredients:
15 g of Rooibos Orange Kalahari
0,5l of mineral water
60cl of Vodka
60 cl of Ginebra
3 Spoonfuls of sugar
0,5l of dig semi-dry
Preparation:
Do the infusion of Rooibos Orange Kalahari with the water to 95º during 10 minutes and leave cool. Once cooled, mix the infusion with the alcohols and the sugar in a jug of 1,5l. And dissolve the sugar entirely with a wooden spoon. Add the dig #stir slowly to conserve the bubbles. Leave reposar the mix in cold during two hours so that they spread the aromas. Serve in wide cups adorning with a slice of orange.
