Mini cake ingredients:
8 toasted cookies
1 measure of Choco Turrón, 75ml of water
1 tablespoon of icing sugar
1 egg, a teaspoon of cocoa powder
16g of butter and a dessert spoonful of sugar
How do you make the mini cakes?
Infuse the Choco Turrón in 75ml of water at 95ºC for 5 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the cream by mixing the egg and icing sugar until you obtain a creamy mixture. Work the butter until it becomes a smooth cream. Then add the egg and icing sugar mixture and stir together.
Dip a biscuit in the Choco Turrón Red Tea and place it on a dessert plate.
Add the cream on top, dip another biscuit in Choco Turrón and place it on top of the first one. Alternate layers of biscuit and cream.
Sprinkle with cocoa on top and that's it!
Prepare these mini cakes without using an oven or microwave and enjoy their sweet taste with a cup of tea or in company. They're delicious and crunchy!
