Apple dessert ingredients: (1 person)
-2 measures of Rooibos Portuguese delight
-150ml of water
-2 diced apples
-1 Greek yoghurt (or skyr, soya yoghurt or oat yoghurt…)
How do you make the apple dessert?
Infuse 3 measures of Portuguese Delight in 150ml of water at 95°C for 10 minutes.
While the infusion is brewing, cut the 2 apples into small pieces.
Put them in a microwave-safe container (such as a Lekué or glass with a lid).
Pour the Portuguese delight infusion (filtered) over the apples and stir well.
Microwave for 8 mins (or + if they're not cooked, it depends on the microwave). The apples will cook in the Portuguese Delights, giving them a delicious flavour.
Once the apples are cooked, strain them and put them in a glass.
Add the yoghurt (or variant) and decorate with sliced almonds. A healthy dessert that’s sugar-free and easy to make.
Time to enjoy it! Savour this apple dessert, a real treat to enjoy after meals.
