Dessert GOLOSO OF ROOIBOS
Ingredients FOR 4 PEOPLE
•4 balls of ice cream of vanilla
•1l ofRooibos Brown GlacéOrRooibos ChristmasTea
•Syrup of candy
•Cocoa in powder
•CookieTop&Tea Caramel
Preparation
1.Infusionamos 6 measures ofRooibos Marron GlacéOrRooibos ChristmasTeaIn 1l of mineral water or filtered during 10 minutes. We filter and we reserve.
2.We plant a ball of ice cream in each glass of crystal and “drown” with the tea, until covering it.
3.Espolvoreamos With cocoa in powder, add a chorrito of syrup and serve it immediately.
