Creamy of Matcha with Mix of Natural Fruit - Cookbook Tea Shop
Ingredients (for 1 litre of ice cream):
- 60 g of Natural Fruits Raspberry, Strawberry and Peach.
- 200 cl. Of born to mount.
- 75 g of sugar
- 5 g of sugar avainillado
- 3 eggs
- 2 spoonfuls tureens of Matcha Repostería
- 3 spoonfuls tureens of hot water
Preparation:
Rehidratar 30g of mix of Natural Fruit in the 200 cl of born.
In a bowl, mix the matcha with the 5g of sugar avainillado and dissolve it with the hot water.
In another bowl, beat the eggs with 35g of sugar, until they purchase a white tone.
Remove the fruit of the born and mount it with the rest of the sugar, until it remain consistent.
Mix the matcha diluted in water with the eggs beaten, and add the born mounted with a spatula of rubber.
Freeze during 4 hours without #stir. Serve a ball of ice cream, with a spoonful of mix of Natural Fruit and a crispy cookie to decorate.
