Chocolate Mousse with Ice Cream and Praliné
Ingredients (serves 2)
• 300 ml oat milk (or other plant-based milk)
• 6 g Red Tea Pu Erh Praliné (3 measures)
• 1 strip of orange zest
• 1 tsp Organic Agave syrup Tea Shop
• 6-8 tbsp chocolate ice cream
• ½ cup ice (optional)
How to make Chocolate and Praliné Mousse?
1. In a saucepan, heat the oat milk (or any other plant-based milk) and the orange zest strip just below boiling point.
Turn off, add the loose tea leaves and leave to rest for 7 minutes. Strain the tea leaves and allow to cool in the fridge.
2. Pour into a food blender and add the agave syrup, the chocolate ice cream and the ice.
3. Serve in two big cups and decorate with chocolate shavings and chopped hazelnuts.
