- 1 (2g) or 2 (4 g) measures of Mediterráneo to taste
· 10 skinless and seedless grapes
· 1 small piece of grated fresh ginger
· 200ml of water
How to prepare rosemary herbal tea?
Infuse in 200ml of water at 95ºC the Mediterranean measures for 10 minutes with the grated ginger.
After this time, pour the infusion into a blender along with the peeled and seedless grapes.
