Matcha tea pancakes: spongy, sweet and nutritious

There are many variations of pancakes in different countries, not only in the ingredients but also in the way they are served. Therefore, we bring you a sweet, fluffy and rich recipe of how to make homemade and nutritious pancakes in the purest Tea Shop style.
Our secret? The Matcha superfood. Not only will it add a whole host of properties (L-theanine, vitamin b2, beauty), it will also give you a very appetising taste. Let's get this pancake recipe started!
Pancake Ingredients
? cup oat flour
Cup almond milk (try it with vegetable milk)
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
Tea Shop Honey or Agave Syrup
How to make pancakes– 4 steps
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Depending on the desired consistency, add more or less milk.
Heat a frying pan, add a little coconut oil and pour a little of the mixture in a round shape. When bubbles start to form, flip it over. And cook it on the other side for a few seconds more.
Serve with toppings to taste. And add the Tea Shop honey or Agave syrup.
Toppings for your pancake recipe: you can add nuts, red fruit granola, yogurt, honey, syrup, fruit, chocolate, sprinkle some Matcha powder, whatever you like!
