5 recipes to enjoy the SmooTeas universe with Strawberry Cream, Magic Mango, African Sunset, Fresh Colada y Wild Peach

In this recipe book, you’ll find fruity, green, citrusy and creamy ideas, with simple preparations to turn every smoothie into a Tea Shop experience.

Smoothie Creamy Poppy

A creamy, sweet and delicate SmooTea with the character of Strawberry Cream, red fruits and a final touch of poppy seeds.

Ingredients

  • 4 g red tea Strawberry Cream
  • 150 ml water
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla ice cream or vanilla yoghurt
  • 3-4 strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon goji berries
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
Suggestion: garnish with poppy seeds to add texture and create a more special finish.

Instructions

  1. Steep 4 g of Strawberry Cream in 150 ml of water at 95 ºC for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove the filter and let the infusion cool completely.
  3. Add the cold infusion, ice cream or yoghurt, strawberries, blueberries, goji berries, poppy seeds and sweetener to a blender.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Serve with 2 ice cubes.

Smoothie Veggie Magic

A green, tropical and antioxidant-rich recipe with Magic Mango, spinach, pineapple, melon and a touch of Matcha.

Ingredients

  • 4 g green tea Magic Mango
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 slice of pineapple
  • A handful of fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 slice of Piel de Sapo white melon or Canary melon
  • 1 teaspoon flax seeds
  • 1-2 g Matcha Green Tea
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
Suggestion: garnish with a pinch of Matcha to enhance its green, antioxidant-rich character.

Instructions

  1. Infusiona 150 ml de agua a 75 ºC con 4 g de Magic Mango in 150 ml of water at 75 ºC for 2 minutes.
  2. Remove the filter and let the infusion cool.
  3. Soak the flax seeds in the infusion for 10-15 minutes so they can hydrate.
  4. Add the infusion with the seeds, pineapple, spinach, melon, Matcha and sweetener to a blender.
  5. Blend until smooth and serve with 2 ice cubes.

Smoothie Karma Sunset

A sweet, citrusy and very refreshing SmooTea with Rooibos African Sunset, orange, apricot and chia seeds.

Ingredients

  • 4 g Rooibos African Sunset
  • 150 ml water
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 4 dried apricots
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
Suggestion: chia adds texture and helps create a more filling smoothie.

Instructions

  1. Steep 4 g of Rooibos African Sunset durante 10 minutos.
  2. Remove the filter and let the infusion cool.
  3. While it cools, soak the dried apricots and chia seeds in the infusion for 10-15 minutes, until hydrated.
  4. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  5. Serve with 2 ice cubes.

Smoothie Verde es Vida

A green, fresh and tropical recipe with Fresh Colada, cucumber, apple, kiwi and a touch of ginger.

Ingredients

  • 4 g green tea Fresh Colada
  • 150 ml water
  • 2 ice cubes
  • ¼ cucumber
  • ½ Golden apple
  • 1 kiwi
  • A small piece of fresh grated ginger
  • A few drops of lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
Suggestion: add a fresh mint leaf to give your SmooTea extra aroma and boost its freshness.

Instructions

  1. Infusiona 150 ml de agua a 75 ºC con 4 g de Fresh Colada in 150 ml of water at 75 ºC for 2 minutes.
  2. Remove the filter and let the infusion cool completely.
  3. Add the cold infusion, cucumber, apple, kiwi, ginger, lemon juice and sweetener to a blender.
  4. Blend until fresh and smooth.
  5. Serve with 2 ice cubes.

Smoothie Natural Glow

A smooth, fruity and theine-free SmooTea with Wild Peach, peach, plant-based drink and chia seeds.

Ingredients

  • 4 g infusion Wild Peach
  • 150 ml water
  • ½ ripe peach or 2 canned halves with no added sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 100 ml plant-based drink, oat or almond
  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup
  • 2 ice cubes
Suggestion: serve in a tall glass with thin peach slices, a pinch of chia and a sprig of fresh mint.

Instructions

  1. Steep 4 g of Wild Peach durante 7-10 minutos.
  2. Remove the filter and let the infusion cool.
  3. Add the cold infusion, peach, chia, plant-based drink and sweetener to a blender.
  4. Blend until creamy.
  5. Serve with 2 ice cubes.

Keys to the Perfect SmooTea

The base of your SmooTea is tea. You can prepare it in advance so it’s always ready to create fresh smoothies in just a few minutes.

Tea base

  1. Prepare the tea the night before and leave it in the fridge. That way it will be ready when you want to prepare your SmooTea.
  2. You can also make concentrated tea ice cubes to keep on hand whenever you want to prepare a SmooTea.

Tips

  • Choose fresh or frozen fruit.
  • Add creaminess with milk, yoghurt, plant-based drink or nuts.
  • Sweeten to taste with honey, agave syrup or dried fruit.
  • Add your own touch with spices, superfoods or aromatic herbs.
Suggestion: prepare the tea base in advance so the smoothie is colder, quicker to make and has a better texture.
